Job Title - Healthcare Documentation Editor (Executive Medical Transcriptionist )
 
Job Responsibilities • To be familiar with client information, work types, reference source for doctors’ names, routines, etc.
• To be updated and current on each account details and remain updated on any communication regarding client feedback, updates and changes etc.
• To check on the transcribing and proofreading / editing, briefly preview each file for formatting parameters before upload. To ensure all reports are transcribed/edited   as per the specified Client instructions.
• To Transcribe / CDPA edit documents as per the Transcription / CDPA guidelines followed by the company.
• To review the previous day’s work productivity and quality by using the compare document software.
• Minimum quality requirement is an accuracy of 99.5 and an FTR should be of 90%
• Support subordinates i.e. HD Associate as and when required.
• Should work on implementation of new accounts.
• Should be versatile enough to work on different accounts and different worktypes shifts as per the TOS requirement.
• Should be flexible to work in any shift, based on Operational requirement.
• FTR should be 85%
